Marination is ready
We need cubed capsicum(1big)
And cubed onion(3)
Gently coat them (cubed paneer, capsicum and onion) with the marination
And rest the mixture in fridge for just 15 min
Now begin to thread the chunks on the skewer and roast it on gas till it turns golden brown
Voila! Your yummy Panner tikka is ready.
Plate it & sprinkle some Chaat masaala and lemon juice for that tangy flavor.
