Organic Green Apple | 4(cut & seeds removed | |
Organic Fenugreek Seeds | 1 tsp | |
Organic Yellow Mustard Seeds | 1 tsp | |
Organic Mustard Oil | 1/4 cup | |
Organic Red chilli powder | 2 tsp | |
Organic Turmeric powder | 1/2 tsp | |
Hing(Asfoetida) | 1/3 tsp, diluted with 1 tsp water | |
Salt | To taste |
Pour Mustard oil in Pan.
Add fenugree & mustard seeds into it.
When they start to sputter, add Hing and then cut green apples.
Saute for 2 mins or unti the apple are light coloured.
Lower the heat and sprinkle turmeric & chilli pwder over it.
Add salt and saute it for another approx 1 min.
Voila! Your tasty pickle is ready.
Store in air tight container and refrigerate it.
