|Organic Green Apple||4(cut & seeds removed|
|Organic Fenugreek Seeds||1 tsp|
|Organic Yellow Mustard Seeds||1 tsp|
|Organic Mustard Oil||1/4 cup|
|Organic Red chilli powder||2 tsp|
|Organic Turmeric powder||1/2 tsp|
|Hing(Asfoetida)||1/3 tsp, diluted with 1 tsp water|
Pour Mustard oil in Pan.
Add fenugree & mustard seeds into it.
When they start to sputter, add Hing and then cut green apples.
Saute for 2 mins or unti the apple are light coloured.
Lower the heat and sprinkle turmeric & chilli pwder over it.
Add salt and saute it for another approx 1 min.
Voila! Your tasty pickle is ready.
Store in air tight container and refrigerate it.
