Cooking time: 15-20 min
|Gluten Free Maida||1 cup|
|Desi Ghee||1 big spoon|
|Desi Ghee||2 cups(for frying)|
|Water||Luke warm(about a cup)|
|Edible Orange Color||a pinch of it|
|Cardamom(Elaichi)||3-4 in powder form|
|Kesar & Pista||To taste|
|ENO(blue packet)||1 pouch|
MAIDA MIXTURE FOR JALEBI
Mix 1 big spoon of Desi Ghee in Gluten Free Maida
Add little lemon juice(less than half lemon) and luke warm water into it.
With constant stirring make a paste out of the above mixture.
To make Chaashni add sugar in one cup water. Add orange colour along with cardamom powder.
Let it boil for 5 min with constant stirring.
Put 2 cups of ghee in broad pan & heat it. Make sure it should not be boiliing.
Mix above maida mixture with ENO and put it in a piping bag, to make jalebi shape. Or you can make pouch at your home ike a funnel.
Now fry Jalebi in Ghee.
MIXING & PLATING
When done, put jalebi in Chaashni(make sure Chasshni should be little warm) & keep on overturning so that jalebi gets soaked properly in Chaashni.
Plate the Jalebi and decorate with little kesar & pista over it.
Voila! Your tasty Gluten Free Jalebi is ready
