|Poha (chidva) grinded||1 bowl|
|Green chillies (chopped)||2|
|Coriander leaves(chopped)||1/4 cup|
|Red chilli powder||To taste|
|Hing(Asfoetida)||1/3 tsp, diluted with 1 tsp water|
Peel off the potatoes and grate them.
After grating, wash it with water, twice.
Grind poha & make powder. Keep it in a separate bowl.
Mix grinded chidwa(poha), salt, red chilli powder, hing, coriander leaves, green chillies and grated potatoes in a bowl.
Mix them well to make a dough, (add some water if required).
Make small balls out of it.
Place the pan on gas with medium flame and oil in it. Put the balls in pan and deep fry.
Take out the balls when it's slightly brown in color.
Voila! Tasty Gluten Free Potato balls are ready to be served with chutney/tea.
