Gluten Free Bread Upma

INGREDIENTS

Cumin Seeds   1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds   1/2 tsp
Chana Dal   1/2 tsp
Urad Dhuli Dal   1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves   Few
Medium Sized Onion   1 (chopped)
Garlic   Little
Tomatoes   2 (chopped)
Green Chillies   2 (chopped)
Lemon   1/2
Coriander Leaves   Few
Olive Oil   2 tbsp
Gluten Free Bread   6 slices(cut into small pieces)
Salt, Red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder   To taste

METHOD

Heat Olive oil in Pan.
Add cumin seeds, along with mustard seeds, chana dal & urad dhuli dal into the oil.
When they begin to sputter, add curry leaves and chopped onion.
Saute till onion is pinkish. 
Then add chopped garlic along with tomatoes and green chillies.
Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Heat the mix till it gives a nice aroma
Then add half cup of water.
Let it come to boil.
Then add small cut pieces of gluten free bread.
Voila! Your Gluten Free Bread Upma is ready.
Plate it and garnish with coriander leaves.
